Unlike most places our online services are available 24/7. Your application will be checked and reviewed by an expert before it is submitted. All you are required to do is attend the Evidence Of Identity Interview (EOI), In some cases your interview can be arranged for you before you arrive in the UK. If you struggle to speak English we will also request for an interpreter to be present on the day of your interview.

Changes to your Interview appointment
If you need to make any changes to your interview arrangement simply contact us to let us know your preferred requirements. We cannot guarantee you will get your interview on the day or time you prefer, however we will do our utmost best to help you. We do all the waiting and phone calling. We will book you in at your closest Jobcentre or wait for your desired date to become available (subject to availability).

Our replacement services offer convenience to our customers who are already in the UK. If you don't know your National Insurance Number you will have to send off documents via post. This requires a printer, envelopes and stamps. Without having all 3 you may find it difficult to send off the required forms to recover your number. We also check every application for omissions and errors as they could delay you retrieving your National Insurance Number and arrange for your replacement.

We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to now get your EOI appointment. All you need to do is complete the online application, make the required payment for the requested service and attend your interview. It takes around 2 - 6 weeks for your National Insurance number to be delivered to you.
Your National Insurance number never changes even if you go abroad, marry, register as a civil partner, change your name, etc.
We will review your application and keep you updated with any changes if required. Before submission of any application we will ensure you are fully aware of what documents or paperwork you may need at your EOI.

Your application will be processed for you when all the required details have been reviewed and checked. After which you will receive your appointment details by email or by mail.
Your appointment will be scheduled at your nearest Jobcentre or if you prefer at a location most convenient for you. It’s as easy as that!
We will process your application within 24 hours and keep you updated throughout the application process. It typically takes between 2-6 weeks to receive your NI number from the Jobcentre.
You can start work in the meantime but you must inform your employer that you are applying for a NINO. Failure to do so could result in you paying emergency tax and/or affect your employment.
